A message to the community:

 

The leadership of ECA wants to encourage the community to work together to achieve our collective desires. We want all of us to change our perspectives on how we do things, both youths and adults alike. Let us keep open minds and avoid passing judgment on others, for we can’t love and judge at the same time. Let us remain polite and respectful, even when we are angry or disappointed. Let us never try to be someone we are not, only be ourselves.

 

We also encourage each and every person in the community to volunteer their time to serve the ECA community and to ask yourself, “What can I do to help my community?”

Let us stand together as one and be ready as a unified body.  Let us work together, uplift together, and support one another

Our pledge as leadership to the community:

• We will be leaders that treat leadership as a means of serving others and not as a source of personal power.

​

• We will be transparent and accountable with financial resources.

​

• We will listen to what you have to say with an open heart and mind.

​

• We will not sweep any problems under the rug.
